The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and the ability to lead a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and within budget. Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily activities, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately. Supervise and lead a crew of workers to complete projects on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard. Manage the use of equipment and materials, ensuring that they are used efficiently and effectively. Enforce safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage. Train and mentor new employees on safe and efficient work practices. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in construction is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
