Scope of Work
Three-Liner System Construction
Installation of owner-supplied geosynthetic clay liner (secondary barrier)
Installation of owner-supplied 60mil HDPE geomembrane liner (primary barrier)
Placement of 12 oz. non-woven geotextile (cushion/separation layer)
Pipe boot penetrations for secure liner integration
Leachate Conveyance System
Installation of 300mm HDPE solid leachate conveyance pipe from manhole to pond discharge
Pipe cleanouts for system maintenance

For the GCL, CEC places the clay liner panels over a prepared base, joining them together to cover the area as needed. The goal is to create a reliable barrier that helps keep liquids from getting into the ground.
Geosynthetic clay liner (secondary barrier)
15,000 Square meters 60 mil HDPE liners, geotextiles, CEC rolls out and welds HDPE geomembrane sheets to form a solid, waterproof layer. This liner acts as the main defense against leaks, protecting the environment and meeting project requirements.
